When an unexpected consumption surge was detected on our EDGE platform, it wasn’t just analytics that intervened. Our Technical Services team took a deep dive into the BMS, pinpointing HVAC units contributing to the anomaly.

Our intervention led to the following:
1. VAV Fix – Saving 1,400 kWh/month, resulting in a yearly saving of $4,200.
2. AHU Intervention – Further savings of 1,150 kWh/month equate to a $3,700 yearly savings.
3. Exhaust Fans Adjustment – A whopping 4,750 kWh/month saving, translating to approximately $15,400 saved annually.
