The Solution: How EDGE was Implemented

Epx implemented its Insight+ platform, providing real-time analytics and actionable data insights.

Critical interventions included:

  • Electricity Savings: Average of 26% reduction in electricity consumption across the 3 towers
  • Chilled Water Savings: Average of 34% reduction in chilled water consumption respectively across the 3 towers
  • A combined 215 initiatives have been implemented across the 3 towers in the 55 months of service.

To tackle the challenges identified during the baseline period and enhance operational efficiency, the implementation of the EDGE software proved pivotal.

Coupled with active support from the technical services team and strategically configured alerts for inefficiencies, the facility management team gained the ability to identify and resolve anomalies promptly. Continuous monitoring also enabled comprehensive visibility into system-wide energy patterns and equipment performance.
